Requesting Anime Tapes/CDs by PrePay

1. First, think about the tapes and PreviewCDs that you would like to
      order. Once you know what you want, fill out my Request Form
      OR just email me with the following information:
                - Tape Numbers, titles, and format of the tapes you want.
                - Titles, formats, and styles of PreviewCDs you want, if any.
                - Any For Sale items that you want.
                - Your name, address, and email address.
                - Your payment method (Cash/Check/Money Order)

2. Within a few days (hopefully) you will receive an email response to
      the request you just submitted. In this email will be a REQUEST 
      NUMBER (example: AAA-000). DO NOT LOSE THIS NUMBER!

  3. Please type or write the following on a full 8.5" x 11" sheet of
      white paper:
         • REQUEST NUMBER in the UPPER-LEFT corner.
         • Name
         • Address
         • Email Address
         • Method of request (prepay)
         • Tape number, title, and format of each tape you requested
         • Title, format, and style of each PreviewCD you requested
         • Any For Sale items you requested

  4. CLEARLY write or type your name and address onto a self-adhesive
      label (the large, 2" x 4" labels or the free Priority Mail labels are
      highly preferred).

  5. Send the following to the address given in the email:
         • Written request sheet with your request number
         • Your self-addressed mailing label
         • Correct payment in U.S. dollars (cash/check/MO),
            as indicated in the email

  6. Wait until your tapes return and enjoy! You may check the
      STATUS page to see if your tapes have arrived/departed yet.
